1. Nature of the conclusions

1.1. MEXUM conclusions are produced with artificial-intelligence technology and are informational and advisory. They are an independent pre-check of documents, not a plan review, building-authority approval, statutory expert examination, or engineering, legal, financial or cost-consultant opinion.

1.2. A MEXUM conclusion does not replace approval by the authority having jurisdiction or the work of a licensed architect, engineer, quantity surveyor or attorney, and must not be the sole basis for a decision to build, pay for work or finance a project.

2. Limits

2.1. Results depend on the completeness and quality of the materials submitted. The review covers only what you provide.

2.2. Despite quality-control measures, inaccuracies and omissions are possible. You must evaluate the conclusions independently and involve qualified professionals where appropriate.

2.3. Codes and standards of each region are applied as reference sets. Editions, local amendments and adoption dates vary; always confirm the edition and amendments in force with the authority having jurisdiction.
